Biography: The dude is a sound manipulator, or "Pulsar" as he so affectionately calls it. After developing the mechanical apparatus on his left arm (from which his abilities hail), he took up the stage name "Mezzo Forte" and began traveling the world as a bard. His cello is his constant traveling companion.

Personality: He's a laid back fellow who really doesn't want to get involved in anything too serious or complicated. If he had a choice, he'd much rather be sleeping than fighting. Despite his hunger for the spotlight, he isn't fond of large crowds and has a bit of a social phobia.

Abilities:
As his title suggests, he can manipulate sound through the device on his left arm. By using the different bows on his back, he can get different effects such as sound distortion, muting, amplification, and so on. He also processes the ability to nullify two cardinal elements, water and fire, through use of various tones that disrupt their integrity.
